Maintain timely and accurate reporting of inventory (including waste, damage, and discrepancies) and communicate inventory turns monthly to leadership and team members.
Coordinate with suppliers for level loading of incoming freight and manage item returns. Observe and report on storage and receiving accuracy, investigating and resolving supplier-related discrepancies.
Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams to ensure material availability and alignment with production demand.
Ensure compliance with Eagle Analytical’s Quality Management System (including good documentation practices, accurate recordkeeping, and adherence to training requirements) and all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Support departmental goals and contribute to additional projects as assigned.
