TheAssociateBusiness SystemAnalystsarekeyteamcontributors to thebusiness requirements,development,and enhancement of business applications, providingbothtechnicalandbusiness knowledge to system projects. The position has the responsibility for theelicitation and documentation andmanagement ofbusiness requirements related to new or existingapplications. The position will be instrumental in the development,identificationand implementation of system modifications that will improve productivity within theexistingsystem(s)or requirementsrelated to a new system build.

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

  • Learningand understandingthe business processes aroundClinical Development Operations technology solutions.

  • Respondingto questions andconsultationwith business usersregardingcurrent and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.

  • Developingdetailed business user requirements,functional requirements, user stories,andsystem documentation.

  • Ensuringcurrent andaccuratesystemrequirements anddocumentationfor existing and new systems

  • Assistwith conductingresearch and analysis into the nature, effect, and results of system issues and proper resolution.

  • Consultingwith functional areas to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the system.

  • Determininghow changing business needs will affect the systems.

  • Creating andmanagingsystem change requests anddocumentation supporting implementations.

  • Working collaboratively andeffectively with both technical and business team members.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Exercises latitude in approach to problem and solution.

  • Goodinterpersonal skills as well asverbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be detail oriented.

  • Mustexhibitabilityto work as part of a team.
